Our Old Type Boiler with small tube passes only extracted 62% of the heat from the oil & used 5.2ltr of fuel per hour for 40kw /136.000BTU extra fuel used 1.7ltrs per hour, take this over 8 hours you will use 13.6ltrs extra fuel.  |
Our new type boiler with the larger tube passes extracts up to 96% of the heat from the oil & uses 3.5ltrs of fuel per hour for 40kw / 136.000BTU saving 1.7ltrs of fuel per hour, take this over 8 hours saves you 13.6ltrs of fuel, big saving on oil consumption.  |

Old Type Burner does not have onboard compressor. Additional workshop compressor
needed these normally have 2/3HP motor fitted ,this means extra power
consumption

New Type Burner can be built with or without on board compressor. Burner with onboard compressor has external oil metering pump & motor, the motor only uses 180watt intermittently. This is a massive savings on power consumption.   |

New type Burner preheating tank comes in 3 sizes, 1ltr, 2ltr and 3ltr. Element for preheater in 3 sizes, 600watt, 800 watt, & 1000watt. Overflow protection 16amp toggle switch. No relays ,all straight 220v  |
